KLT HOLDINGS LLC exists to hold structure. Twenty nodes hang off the root: thirteen on the holdings branch — bank, agreement corporation, financial, insurance, nonbank, personal, public utility, railroad, savings-and-loan and thrift holding structures, all expressly non-managing — and seven on the offices branch: centralized administration, corporate, district and regional, head, headquarters, managing holding and subsidiary-management functions.

No. It is an informational illustration of our scope. Nothing here is filed with, or constitutes a filing to, the SEC, Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC, Utah regulators or any other authority — and the drawing is not the company's legal structure.

What does "except managing" mean on the holdings nodes?
Nodes H-01, H-02, H-06 and H-08 describe holding structures that do not include day-to-day management of subsidiaries. Managing functions are separate nodes on Division O (O-06, O-07) — the scopes are distinct and not interchangeable.
What is an agreement corporation (H-04)?
A corporation chartered under a federal "agreement" framework for certain international banking-adjacent activity. Our scope expressly excludes international trade financing.
Does the site accept transfers or governance documents?
No. The site accepts no funds, transfers, proxies, votes or executed instruments — those move only through officers and counsel in writing.
